PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the data collected by NNG Software Developing and Commercial Limited Liability Company (registered office: Szepvolgyi ut 35-37., 1037 Budapest, Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-891838, EU VAT id: HU13357845)(gNNGh) , original developer of application AVICSYNC for iOS (gApplicationh), in relation to the operation of the Application which are available in the App Store by Pioneer Corporation, licensor of the Application to you (gLicensorh).

(*Remark: Licensor is not the Data controller (defined below) and does not carry out the Data processing (defined below). The Data controller is solely NNG and the Data processing is solely carried out by NNG.)

1. Data collected

During the registration process and while using the Application, we collect data that under certain circumstances may qualify as personal data based on the Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information of Hungary (gData Protection Acth). The protection of such data as personal data in accordance with the rules of this Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act applies only in case this data qualify as personal data, i.e. based on the data the specific person is directly or indirectly identifiable.

1.1. Data collected during the registration process

During the registration process you are requested to give us your nickname and password. We process such data in order to enable us to make your purchases in the App Store available on additional iOS devices.

1.2. Technical data

In the event that you allow the collection of technical data, certain application usage and GPS log information are also collected, such as the name of the Application version, name of the device type, average time of running time, operation system platform, value of unexpected restarts etc. We process such information in order to improve the Application and quality and coverage of our products. These logs are processed anonymously and we do not connect these data to other data provided by you during the registration.

2. Definitions

In the context of this Privacy Policy:

- Data controller shall mean natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality which alone or jointly with others determines the purpose of the processing of data; makes and executes decisions concerning data processing (including the means used) or contracts a technical data processor to execute it.

- Data processing shall mean any operation or the totality of operations performed on the data, irrespective of the procedure applied; in particular, collecting, recording, registering, classifying, storing, modifying, using, querying, transferring, disclosing, synchronizing or connecting, blocking, deleting and destructing the data, as well as preventing their further use, taking photos, making audio or visual recordings, as well as registering physical characteristics suitable for personal identification (such as fingerprints or palm prints, DNA samples, iris scans).

- Data subject shall mean any specific natural person directly or indirectly identifiable by reference to personal data.

- Personal data shall mean data relating to the data subject, in particular by reference to the name and identification number of the data subject or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity as well as conclusions drawn from the data in regard to the data subject.

Personal data processed are only made available to employees of Data Controller who have a need to know in order to handle the registration process or otherwise achieve the purpose of data processing stated herein or handle any issues related thereto (e.g. customer care issues, legal issues).

4. Legal basis of data processing

The legal basis of data processing is your consent pursuant to Section 5 (1) a) of the Data Protection Act. Consent is given by providing us with the requested data voluntarily during the registration process.

5. Duration of data processing

Data qualifying personal data are processed until they are needed to achieve the purpose of the data processing or you revoke your consent. You may request the cancellation of your account and/or personal data by contacting the customer care on the following website: http://www.igonavigation.com/support.

6. Information on rights and on seeking remedy

6.1. Upon your request, we shall provide information in writing and free of charge concerning the personal data processed, their sources, the purpose, legal grounds and duration of data processing, the name and address of the persons having the right to access the personal data and on its activities relating to data processing, and ? if the personal data are transferred ? the legal basis and the recipients of the data transfer, within 30 days from the receipt of the request. Furthermore, you may request the correction of your personal data, and the cancellation or blocking of the personal data, with the exception of the compulsory data processing.

6.2. In cases defined in the Data Protection Act, you shall have the right to object to the processing of data (including if the personal data are controlled or transferred to fulfill the legal obligations of the data controller, or enforce the rightful interests of the data controller, data recipient or third party, except in the case of mandatory data control, or the data processing aims to win direct business opportunities, public survey or scientific research or if the right to protest is made possible by applicable law). In such cases Data Controller shall conduct proceedings in accordance with adequate procedural rules, within maximum 15 days. If you disagree with the decision taken, you shall have right to turn to court within 30 days of the date of delivery of the decision.

6.3. Requests and objections shall be submitted to Data Controllerfs customer care on the following website: http://www.igonavigation.com/support.

6.4. Any person shall have the right to notify the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Hungary (g Authorityh), if in their opinion an infringement occurred in relation with the data processing or exercising of their right to know in relation to personal data, or if there is imminent danger of such infringement. In addition to the above, if legal measures on data processing are violated, action may be brought before the Hungarian courts.
