Screen Explanation

Mix Selection Screen

When the MIXTRAX app is launched, the MIXTRAX playlist selection screen will appear. This screen allows access to the various mix playlists as well as access to the settings menu.

  1. Tap to display the application’s Settings Menu.

  2. Mix List

    Flick or swipe sideways to view the available mixes.

    Once the desired mix is highlighted onscreen, tap the mix icon.

    The screen will change to the Mix Playback Screen, and NonStopMix will start.

  3. Song List

    Part of the available songs within a highlighted mix will be shown as album art.

  4. Tap to change to the Playback Screen during playback, when stopped, when fast forwarding/rewinding or when adjusting volume.

  5. Rate of Progress

    When music is being analyzed, the Rate of Progress of the analysis will be displayed.

Mix Playback Screen

  1. Tap to return to the Mix Selection Screen.

  2. Playtime search bar

    The playback range, playback time, and playback points will be displayed. Move the slider sideways to change playback points.

  3. Playback operation area

    • Stop/Restart NonStopMix.

    • Tap to mix the track with the next one. Press and hold to fast forward at a high speed the song being played back and fast forward to the playback location you desire.

    • Tap to return the song that is being played back to the beginning. Tap twice to return to the previous track. Press and hold to rewind at a high speed the song being played back and rewind to the playback location you desire.

    • Move the slider to adjust the volume.

    • You can shuffle the playback order.

    • You can set the length of your mix.

    You can set the length of a song’s playback range. Tap the icon to select between Short Mode or Long Mode.

  5. Song List display

    You can select how the song list is displayed by pressing this icon to select between a list view or an album art view.

    • Tap to switch from Artwork to List.

    • Tap to switch from List to Artwork. The Artwork switch button is displayed by the Artwork image of the song that is playing.

    • Artwork

      This is the main screen during playback. The song that is being played will be displayed by its Artwork.

    • List

      The track title and artist will be displayed in a list according to the playback order.

  6. When creating Custom Mix, display the screen to select the song you would like to use as your default.
