Answer |
Why does MIXTRAX not include all of the music that is on my iPhone? I have 1234 songs, but the MIXTRAX shows “Song analysis complete: 1198/1234”. What happened to the 36 songs? |
The MIXTRAX relies on a Pioneer database that contains information on over 8 million songs, however there are some songs that MIXTRAX does not recognize as they are not in the database. To add to our database, download the MIXTRAX for PC which will scan your music library on your computer and update our database with information about your songs. |
Why does not NonStopMix start when I tap any of the mix icons in the Mix List? |
Each mix requires a minimum of a song. The MIXTRAX analysis of your music library may be incomplete, or you may not have any music on your iPhone to provide the minimum number of music required for each MIXTRAX mix. |
What is the difference between the free version and the paid version? |
[Distortion] and [High] functions are included in the automatically sorted playlists of the paid version. Also included in the paid version is [Custom Mix] which will automatically create a list of 25 songs that have tunes similar to a song selected by the user. |
How can the free version be updated to the paid version? |
Go to Settings screen and select [Go to full version] tab. |
Can contents of the MIX playlist be changed? |
The MIX playlist is sorted automatically based on the analyzed music data. The software does not allow the user to change or edit the playlist. |
When music is started midway through the song, it will not play to the end of the track. |
MIXTRAX can play songs in either short mode or long mode depending on the mood and other major characteristics of the song identified by the track analysis data. To play an entire song, select the [Track Time] icon, then change to long mode. |
Some songs selected by [Custom Mix] will not play. |
[Custom Mix] will list songs even if the data has not been completely analyzed by your computer. Please download the software for MIXTRAX for PC, then analyze the songs in your PC. Refer to http://www.mixtraxnet.com/ for instructions on using MIXTRAX for PC. The songs that you analyze will be added automatically to the MIXTRAX database allowing you to play the songs on your iPhone. |
